AiSDR

Category: Sales/CRM

An AI sales rep that runs outreach conversations end to end.

AiSDR is an AI sales agent rather than a sequencing tool. You give it your ICP, your product context and your HubSpot or CRM, and it finds prospects, writes personalised outreach, sends across email, LinkedIn and SMS, reads the replies and continues the conversation, handling objections and scheduling a meeting on a rep's calendar when someone is interested. Personalisation draws on LinkedIn activity, recent posts, job changes, funding news and your own CRM history, so the opener references something real. It manages the follow-up cadence itself, decides when to stop, routes anything it cannot handle to a human, and syncs the whole conversation back into the CRM. There is a deliverability layer with warm-up and inbox management, and you set the guardrails on tone, claims and what it is not allowed to say.

Our verdict

The most interesting category in sales tooling right now, and AiSDR is one of the more credible implementations. Handling replies rather than only sending is the meaningful part: most tools stop at the send and hand you an inbox, and conversation management is where the time actually goes. The personalisation inputs are good enough that openers do not read like a template. Being clear about the trade-offs matters here more than usual. An AI handling your first impression with a prospect is a brand risk, so the guardrails need setting carefully and the output needs watching in the early weeks. It works best on a well-defined ICP with a simple offer; complex or consultative sales still need a human early. And it is a crowded, fast-moving space, so compare two or three before committing. Pilot on a secondary segment rather than your best accounts.

Best for: Small B2B teams without SDR headcount who want a working outbound motion, and larger teams wanting to cover a long tail of accounts a human rep would never get to.
