Acquired Talkwalker in 2023 to bolster social listening depth. AI features (OwlyWriter AI) added across content generation. The honest assessment: Hootsuite is still serviceable but feature velocity has lagged Sprout Social and Agorapulse, and pricing has got steep relative to competitors. Worth using if you're locked in; less compelling as a fresh choice.
