Landbot

Category: Automation/Workflow

Build a conversational flow on a canvas, ship it to web or WhatsApp.

Landbot is a no-code builder for chat experiences. You lay out the conversation on a visual canvas, dragging blocks for questions, conditions, calculations, API calls and handoffs, and deploy the result as a website widget, a full-page conversational landing page, an embedded block or a WhatsApp number. For marketers the appeal is mostly lead capture: a conversational form converts better than a static one because it asks one question at a time, and the answers can be qualified, scored and routed as they come in rather than sorted out later. It also handles booking, product finders and quizzes, FAQ deflection, and a human handoff into a shared inbox when the bot runs out of road. AI blocks let a flow answer freely from your own content rather than only following the script, and integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier and webhooks.

Our verdict

Still the best builder in this category if you want control over the flow. The canvas is genuinely good, conditions, calculations and API calls mean you can build real logic rather than a decision tree, and conversational landing pages consistently outperform static forms for lead capture. WhatsApp support is the underrated piece in markets where that is the default channel. The AI blocks modernise it sensibly, letting a flow answer from your content where a script would have dead-ended. Two things to plan for: pricing is tied to chat volume so a busy site needs costing properly, and a badly designed flow is worse than a form, so keep it short and always offer a human. It is also a builder rather than a support platform, so if you need ticketing and SLAs, look at a help desk instead.

Best for: Marketing and ops teams who want a qualifying chat on a landing page or a WhatsApp lead flow live this week without involving a developer.
