Wellows (KIVA)

Category: SEO/Content

Daily AI visibility tracking with unlimited prompts and seats.

Wellows tracks how your brand appears across five AI engines daily: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. It distinguishes explicit citations, where you are named and linked, from implicit ones where your content clearly informed the answer without attribution, which is a distinction most trackers miss and which matters for working out what is actually driving visibility. Around it sit a visibility score, competitor rank movement over time, Quick Wins highlighting the easiest gaps to close, Content Opportunities, Search Console integration, outreach tooling, exports and per-project reporting. Agencies get white-labelled client dashboards. KIVA, previously listed here as a separate product, is now the writing agent inside Wellows rather than a standalone tool. Pricing works on an answers balance, where one prompt checked against one engine on one day costs one answer, and projects, prompts and seats are unlimited on every plan.

Our verdict

The pricing model is the reason to look. Unlimited projects, prompts and seats on every tier, with cost driven only by how many answers you consume, is unusual and works strongly in favour of agencies, because you can add a client or a colleague without the bill moving. Separating explicit from implicit citations is a genuinely useful distinction that most competitors do not make, and daily rather than weekly checking catches movement sooner. Search Console integration and white-labelled client dashboards round it out sensibly. Three things to know. There is one named case study and an unverified claim of several thousand brands, so independent validation is thin. Their own dashboard screenshots are watermarked as illustrative data, and the headline example shows a fairly weak visibility score, which is an odd choice. And five engines is fewer than Rankscale's seventeen, so if breadth matters more than depth to you, compare the two directly. We have renamed this listing from KIVA, which is now a feature rather than the product.

Best for: Agencies and in-house teams who want daily AI visibility tracking across several brands without paying per seat or per project.
